Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

Domestic Shipping Policy

 

 Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

 Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout depending on your location and the type of shipping selected based on available options at the time.

Express delivery is only available in limited pin codes, we are working to expand the list of serviceable pin codes for express delivery and will be updating the same regularly.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur and you can reach out to info@agrovation.in to enquire about the status of your order. Please give 48 hrs during normal BWD (Business Working Days – Mon to Fri, 10AM – 5PM IST) for us to get back to you.

 

 Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

https://www.agrovation.in/ (AGROVATION NATURAL FARMING) currently ships to addresses of the Indian Sub-Continent.

Please note that currently, we do NOT ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses and any orders with these addresses may be canceled at any time due to non-serviceability.

 Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

 

 Customs, Duties and Taxes

https://www.agrovation.in/ (AGROVATION NATURAL FARMING) ships the product with a fully furnished GST Invoice in line with the statutory requirements to execute this sale – any local taxes, levies, or other charges applicable on your order is not the responsibility of the website and/or its subsidiaries, partners, parent company or representatives. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes except GST, etc.).

Damages

We do our best to ensure that all packages are well packaged with the required protective layers based on the products purchased to ensure the items are delivered to you intact and without any damage.

However in the rare case that there are still any damages of the same, please do get in touch with us with images of the product and original packaging as delivered to you. Kindly note that you would be required to file a claim with the shipping partner for transit damages, meanwhile we will do our best to resolve your issue in any way necessary to ensure your experience on the delivery does not taint your experience of our products or services.

 

International Shipping Policy

Please note that the free shipping policy will apply only if specified so as part of promotional campaigns or special offers.

 

A complete postal address including pin code, email id and contact number is essential to help us ship your order. Kindly cross-check your pin-code and contact number before you complete your order.

If the ordered item is in stock, it will be packed and dispatched from our warehouse within 3 working days. 

However if some of the ordered items are not in stock, then we will get them produced and have them dispatched within 10 working days of the order being placed. We will keep you informed under such circumstances.

Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday to Saturday: 9am to 7pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.

As soon as your package is dispatched, we will email you your order tracking details. Kindly bear with us until then.

Return, Refund and Exchange Policy

Returns Policy

 Our Return & Exchange Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order in case you are not happy with your purchase.

 

Refund policy

Returns

At Agrovation, we make it our mission to ensure a great Experience using our products or services. If at any point within 7 Days of Receiving your Order, if you have had a change in heart and no longer wish to keep the item, you can return the same for a Refund or Store Credit which can be used to purchase any other product in our catalog without restriction.

 

However, do note that after 7 days have gone by since receipt of your purchased item(s), unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

 

Please note that to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to us unless confirmed by Agrovation.

 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

- Where the item(s) show obvious signs of use

- Boxes that have been opened and original packaging have been damaged due to handling. 

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

- Any item which is requested for return more than 7 days after delivery

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 (Fourteen) Working Days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted or reflected in your account.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@agrovation.in and we will look into it immediately and help you sort out the issue at the earliest possible.

 

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. All warranties and quality guarantees offered on those products will still continue to apply and we would be happy to assist you with any concerns regarding your purchase.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@agrovation.in and send your item to:

Shipping Costs

Please note that in order to give you the best possible offers on your favorite products, we separate shipping and product costs and you would be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are unfortunately non-refundable and we would not be able to accept any requests for refund for either forward or return shipping. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

We sincerely advise and suggest to all customers to use a trackable service for their shipping or courier partner and to send back any item(s). We will not be able to guarantee receipt of non-standard couriers or shipping partners and cannot be held responsible for lost packages when returning or exchanging any items.
